Setup Date/Times (if your sponsorship includes a tabletop)
Day 1 Symposium and Methods+Materials Sponsor Gallery (no sponsor gallery on Day 2)
Set up: Wed. April 5, 6 – 8 pm and/or Thurs., April 6, 6:30 – 7:30 am. Tables must be set by 7:30 am. Registration opens promptly at 8. Program begins at 8:30.
Tabletop Display Area
Table size: 6’ long, skirted with two chairs. Display area for pop-up behind table can be no larger than 6’ wide. If you have anything oversized, you must send dimensions and a sketch or photo to Susan Kramer for approval. Oversized displays without pre-approval may incur additional charge and/or may not be allowed on the show floor.

Methods+Materials Sponsor Gallery materials: prepare shipment to arrive Mon. April 3 or Tues. April 4. Do not ship earlier or items may not be accepted.
Sharpie your items clearly with your company name and number them 1/3, 2/3, etc. Bring prepaid self-addressed return FedEx & UPS labels. Faena will NOT provide these, but will call for group pickups on Friday following the event.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes, once we have processed your registration and payment, you will get an email confirmation detailing your registration.
Do I need to bring my registration confirmation to the conference?
Yes, it’s always a good idea.
What do I need to bring if I registered as a Student?
Bring a current student photo ID card from an accredited architectural program and present it when checking in.
When do I get my badge and/or event tickets?
Badges will be provided at check-in at the site on the day of the event.
Should I bring my own laptop?
Some Lab Workshop participants must bring their own laptops, loaded with the required software per their instructors’ directions found by the course description or via email (a link will be provided.) Please bring your own chargers/power cords. Symposium and Dialog Workshop attendees do not need a laptop.
